Calling all artists! Guthrie Escape is looking for artists to participate in this year’s festival.

Guthrie Escape is a juried Fine Arts event being held October 1-3, 2010. It will include painting, sculpture, pottery, glass, wood, metal, fiber, jewelry, mixed media, ethnic and Native American arts.  Live music, performed by professional musicians, will be ongoing throughout the event. There will also be food and wine facilitated by the Guthrie Chamber of Commerce.

Benefits to participating artists include cash awards, a special welcome reception, tents, and marketing and advertising. There is a $150 entry fee for applicants who enter by September 3.

Guthrie Escape will serve as a great showcase for a variety of fine arts, as well as visual arts, drama, music, and interactive exhibits for children.
