The Norman Arts Council Arts Education Scholarships are designed to provide Norman children with the opportunity to attend arts programming offered outside of schools.
Artist Grants
Norman Arts Council operates its artist grant program to serve Norman-based artists and further our creative community.
Mural Incentive Program
This program is intended to provide matching funds to property owners who wish to invest in a mural on the exterior of their space.
Creative Arts Resources Yearly Grant
This grant provides limited, flexible funding for small Norman-based arts and cultural organizations.
